To cancel your booking, please use our online platform and notify CKT TAŞ.TUR.SEY.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ by emailing [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]).

100% Refund: Cancellations submitted by 7:00 PM (19:00) the day prior to your transfer will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations reported between 7:00 PM (19:00) and 11:00 PM (23:00) the day before the transfer qualify for a 30% refund of the fee.

No Refund: Cancellations after 11:00 PM (23:00) the day before the transfer or post-flight arrival cannot be refunded.
Cash Payment Terms
If you opted for cash payment at booking and fail to notify us of a cancellation, the total fee will be transferred to your accommodation provider (or airport authorities) for collection.
